Geomatics UK provide the complete engineering and surveying discipline for a variety of projects
Specialising in mechanical surveys for the nuclear industry now on our fourth project at Sellafield Nuclear Reprocessing Plant. Where we have set out and surveyed mechanical equipment to tolerances of 1mm horizontal & 1/10 of 1mm vertical using specialist surveying equipment. We are currently working on a new development for the encapsulation plant and removing a hill with 350,000 tonne of material some granular and some rock.
We provide a setting out service to the Civil construction industry setting out earthworks foundations anchor bolts and structural steel.
We have worked on motorways trunk roads and new bypasses setting out using GPS and Total stations.
Internationally we have completed a variety of projects from the Zambian Copperfields, the Saudi Arabian Desert to Thailand. We worked for three years on a chemical plant in North Eastern France Liaising with French sub contractors to bring the plant on line six weeks ahead of schedule.
